Employee productivity is a critical factor in supporting corporate success. The level of productivity is influenced by various internal organizational factors, including workload, work-life balance, and the non-physical work environment. This study aims to analyze the individual effects of workload, work-life balance, and the non-physical work environment on employee productivity, as well as the simultaneous influence of these three variables at PT Pulau Indah Jaya. The research utilizes a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to the employees of PT Pulau Indah Jaya. The results indicate that workload has a negative and non-significant effect on productivity, suggesting that while higher workloads tend to decrease productivity, the impact is not statistically substantial. Work-life balance also exhibits a negative and non-significant effect. In contrast, the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant impact, demonstrating that better non-physical conditions lead to a marked increase in employee productivity. Simultaneously, workload, work-life balance, and the non-physical work environment significantly influence productivity. Based on these findings, the company is advised to manage workloads proportionally, attend to work-life balance, and continuously enhance the quality of the non-physical environment—such as communication, teamwork, and leadership support—to optimize employee performance.
