Employee job satisfaction is a critical determinant of organizational effectiveness because it influences employees' motivation, commitment, and overall work performance. This study aims to examine the effects of the work environment, work discipline, and workplace relationships on employee job satisfaction at PT Mulia Anugrah Distribusindo. This research employed a quantitative approach. The population consisted of all 49 employees of PT Mulia Anugrah Distribusindo, and a saturated sampling technique (census) was applied, allowing all employees to participate as respondents. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale and were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Workplace relationships also have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, suggesting that harmonious interactions among supervisors and colleagues enhance employees' sense of satisfaction at work. In contrast, work discipline does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, implying that discipline has become a basic organizational standard rather than a distinguishing factor influencing employees' attitudes toward their jobs. Simultaneously, the work environment, work discipline, and workplace relationships significantly affect employee job satisfaction. These findings suggest that organizations should prioritize creating a supportive work environment and fostering positive workplace relationships to improve employee job satisfaction.
